Andy was just an average pupil in school, with just average grades, then left with absolutely no idea what he wanted to do. Yes he really had no idea at all what to do when leaving school.

Did you feel the same way too?

Well he landed an engineering apprenticeship, and went on to buy his first investment property at the age of 25… then just 2 years later almost lost it due to bad tenants, rental arrears and all that stuff.

Andy adds:

“I really hated my job and the rat race I was stuck in, can any of you agree with that one? So I decided to go into business for myself and began cleaning windows, then later carpet and natural stone floors. WOW!

I also began reading self-help books, listening to audio programs, studying marketing & advertising and got my first business coach.

Then in just a few short years we had built a 3 truck cleaning operation and had become one of the most well known cleaning companies in our local area, for delivering outstanding customer service.

I began to understand the importance of giving great service and real customer value, leading us to winning awards such as the Investors In People and ISO.

We even had a full page spread in the local paper.

All this time I was continuing to build up our property portfolio. Things were going great, and was all ready to sell the business for a tidy profit, become a full time investor, and a full time dad. Boy was I in for a surprise!

So in 2009 I came down to earth with a right thump when the credit crunch hit and we could not sell the business at all, in fact we almost lost it. We were really struggling to fill the works diary, and to pay the mortgages for all our properties. Money was going out like a leaky tap and not enough was coming in. Things were getting desperate…

I realized that I had to do something, so after attending an internet marketing event came across ‘some stuff’ that blew me away, and I had to find out more…

I then began my first internet business in 2009 (interviewing world leading authorities) and yes people said I was crazy, if I thought these ‘experts’ would give up their time for nothing, talking to a ‘nobody’ like me.

Now having interviewed a ton of experts around the world, on topics like wealth creation, internet marketing and business.

I learned how they think and do what they do, I now help other people just like you, to realise your ‘true’ potential in order for you to ‘live your life on your terms.’ This is such an amazing concept and have also just finished a book on the topic “How To Make Money Interviewing Experts“.

Right now I run 4 businesses, I’m an author, a public speaker and have a passion for helping you to live life on your terms, making your life an extraordinary adventure. After all you deserve it right?

Just 2 years ago I never would have believed I would have gained access to some of my hero’s and the most respected leading authorities in the world. I would have laughed at you if you said I would become an author, and thought you must be absolutely crazy if you had said that I would be speaking on stage.
